Student-Led Leadership Projects

Participants apply what they learn through collaborative student-led initiatives that address real challenges within their schools or communities, helping students develop teamwork, project management, communication, and leadership skills.

Through partnerships with organizations such as DPSCD, GDYT, Big Brothers Big Sisters, United Way Volunteers, and corporate partners, students gain access to leadership opportunities, community resources, mentorship, and transformative experiences designed to help them thrive.
