Cleotha Elledge
Founder & CEO
Cleotha “Cleo” Elledge is the Founder of Fearless Transformations and creator of the Unapologetically Her Leadership Program, empowering underserved girls through leadership development, emotional wellness, mentorship, and workforce readiness.
With over 28 years of experience in Information Technology and corporate leadership across General Motors, Ford Motor Company, and consulting, Cleo has led transformational initiatives in technology, workforce development, and women’s leadership.
She previously served as President of GM Women in IT, where she advocated for leadership advancement, mentorship, and inclusion for women in technology. Cleo holds extensive experience in enterprise technology, leadership development, and program management, along with studies in Clinical Mental Health Counseling focused on healing, identity, and family systems. Her work bridges lived experience, leadership, and transformational impact to help girls confidently lead in school, community, and life.
Dr. Oresha Foster
Academic & Strategic Leadership
Dr. Oresha Greenidge Foster is a multifaceted professional who serves as a leader, coach, mentor, mother, and wife. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Technology, a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management, a Master of Philosophy in Management, and a Doctorate in Applied Management and Decision Sciences, reflecting a strong and well-rounded academic foundation.
In academia, Dr. Foster serves as an adjunct professor teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in leadership and business management. She also contributes to the continuing education program for public safety and law enforcement at Cleary University, where she serves on the Academic Policy Committee. In addition, she is an adjunct professor in business and leadership at Baker College.



Mike Izzo
Board Chair | Corporate Leadership
Information Technology Executive with over 20 years of experience across diverse industries, from startups to Fortune 500 companies. Recognized for exceptional cross-functional team leadership, portfolio management, and a proven ability to drive efficiency, product development, and nurture stakeholder relationships. Highly skilled in budgeting and forecasting, with a strategic approach to turning challenges into opportunities.
Michael is a passionate mentor committed to coaching and empowering young adults to pursue their passions and reach their full potential. With extensive experience in mentorship programs, including education outreach and Winning Futures, he has guided numerous individuals to success. Throughout his career, Michael has been a sought-after mentor, shaping the paths of aspiring professionals and students alike.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Olivet College.
Natalie Mootry
Educational Leadership
Natalie Mootry is a dynamic educational leader, mentor, and advocate for equity with over 22 years of experience in education. She currently serves as the Academic Engagement Officer at Sabbath Middle School in River Rouge, Michigan, where she leads efforts to strengthen student engagement, academic achievement, and school culture.
Natalie holds a Master of Arts in Education and a Master of Education with administrative certification. Her career spans teaching, instructional coaching, and school leadership, with a strong foundation in literacy, culturally responsive practices, and data-driven instruction to support diverse learners; including students of color, multilingual learners, and students with disabilities.
