Dear Fearless Transformations Family,
As we wrap up another impactful year at the Durfee Innovation Society Afterschool Leadership Program, I’m filled with pride and gratitude for the incredible strides we’ve made—especially in uplifting the emerging young women of Central High Detroit. This year has been a powerful testament to what happens when belief, support, and opportunity meet determination.
Looking ahead to the 2025-2026 school year, we’re excited to share that we will impact 60 girls within Central High, providing them with mentorship, leadership development, and the tools they need to thrive.
Our workshops will run from October 2025 through May 2026, featuring industry-leading speakers and mentors who will connect with our students twice a month—delivering insights, inspiration, and real-world guidance that can change lives.
To make this vision a reality, we’re seeking volunteers, dynamic speakers, and dedicated mentors who are ready to pour into the next generation of fearless female leaders.
