Fearless Transformations proudly presents Unapologetically Her: Career & Confidence Night — an empowering experience designed to help young women explore their future with confidence, purpose, and leadership.
Hosted in partnership with Central High School, this transformational evening will expose students to career pathways, professional development opportunities, mock interviews, networking, reflective writing, and confidence-building activities that prepare them for life beyond high school.
Girls will have the opportunity to:

Practice mock interviews and communication skills

Participate in GDYT-inspired professional styling and career readiness activities

A Volunteer Experience for Girls
Harvest the Day is a hands-on volunteer and leadership experience created through the partnership between Fearless Transformations and Kintsugi Village. This experience is designed to help girls understand the deeper meaning of harvesting — not only in nature, but in life.
During this empowering community event, girls will participate in harvesting activities while learning about growth, patience, planting seeds, nurturing purpose, and the importance of the life cycle. Through reflection, teamwork, and meaningful conversations, participants will explore how the things we cultivate today shape who we become tomorrow.
This experience is more than volunteering — it is an opportunity for girls to connect with one another, build sisterhood, strengthen community, and develop a greater appreciation for wellness, service, and intentional living.

Michigan Career Development Conference 2027

Fearless Transformations is excited to provide girls with the opportunity to attend two powerful conferences in Detroit designed to inspire future leadership, innovation, career exploration, and confidence.
In March 2027, participants will attend the State Career Development Conference (March 11–13, 2027) and the Michigan Association of Computer Users in Learning Conference (March 17–19, 2027). These experiences are designed to expose girls to career pathways, technology, leadership development, entrepreneurship, workforce readiness, and professional networking opportunities.
Through workshops, speakers, educational sessions, and interactive experiences, girls will gain valuable insight into future careers while building confidence in who they are and who they are becoming.
This experience aligns with the mission of Fearless Transformations to equip girls with leadership, exposure, and opportunities that expand their vision for the future.
