Dr. Oresha Greenidge Foster is a multifaceted professional who serves as a leader, coach, mentor, mother, and wife. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Technology, a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management, a Master of Philosophy in Management, and a Doctorate in Applied Management and Decision Sciences, reflecting a strong and well-rounded academic foundation.

With over two decades of experience in the nonprofit and healthcare sectors, Dr. Foster currently serves as Deputy Executive Director for a youth advocacy organization. Throughout her career, she has developed expertise in operations management, training and development, human resource management, employee coaching, performance management, and policy development and oversight.

In academia, Dr. Foster serves as an adjunct professor teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in leadership and business management. She also contributes to the continuing education program for public safety and law enforcement at Cleary University, where she serves on the Academic Policy Committee. In addition, she is an adjunct professor in business and leadership at Baker College.

Dr. Foster is also an entrepreneur and the founder of Knowledge Stream LLC, where she serves as a trainer and coach. Through this work, she focuses on organizational behavior and leadership development, providing training, coaching, and strategic guidance to support individuals and organizations in strengthening performance, leadership capacity, and professional growth.

Natalie Mootry is an esteemed educator with over 21 years of experience, currently serving as an assistant principal at Hillside Middle School in Northville, Michigan.

 

She holds multiple degrees:

• Bachelor’s from Eastern Michigan University (EMU)

• (2) Masters from University of Michigan-Dearborn, including a masters in Educational Leadership.

Throughout her career, Natalie has passionately mentored students, including organizing trips such as attending President Obama’s inauguration in 2012 and community service opportunities like Crossroads of Michigan.

 

Natalie is dedicated to fostering inclusive environments and has spoken at the MASSP Assistant Principals; Dean’s Conference (February 2024) on diversity and inclusion in the workspace. She excels in coaching teachers and facilitating professional training, empowering educators with the tools and strategies needed to engage students, thus helping them to thrive.

With extensive experience in mentorship programs, including education outreach and Winning Futures, he has guided numerous individuals to success. Throughout his career, Michael has been a sought-after mentor, shaping the paths of aspiring professionals and students alike.
